Mobile/ DTH/ Data Card recharge facility
All retail customers can recharge their prepaid Mobile/ DTH/ Data Card number through SIBerNet.
How to do online Mobile / DTH /Data Card recharge through SIBerNet
- For prepaid Mobile/DTH/Data Card recharge, customer have to login to SIB Net banking and click on Other service >> Recharge Mobile/ DTH/ Data card
>> Choose Mobile/ DTH/ Data card recharge option.
- Enter the recharge details such as Debit account number, Mobile number, Service provider, recharge mode and amount and confirm the transaction with
transaction password and OTP (where ever required).
- On successful recharge, customer will receive a SMS alert from respective Mobile/ DTH/ Data card service provider.
Customer can recharge to a maximum of Rs 10,000/- per day through Net Banking.
Bill Pay & Recharge Service
Instead of visiting different biller’s websites and making payment, now you can make bill payments through SIB
internet banking.
With this BillPay & Recharge Service, you can now make online payments to over 260 billers across various
categories including:
- Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile Bills/Recharge
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance Premiums
- Electricity Bills
- Prepaid DTH/ Data Card Recharge
- Gas Bills
- Subscriptions
- Contribution to Charities
Add billers and pay your bills through the enhanced BillPay & Recharge service, powered by BillDesk. Using this
functionality, you can register the biller, view the bill amount, pay the bill/ make instant payment and even can set auto pay for the bill. Bill Pay & Recharge
service helps you to make payment towards various bill payment from a single platform. In addition to bill payments, you can also make prepaid Mobile, DTH and
Data card recharges.
After logging to SIB Net Banking, select Pay Your Bills under Bill Pay & Recharge to make your bill payments
hassle-free using SIB Net Banking.
IRCTC Ticket Booking
South Indian Bank has entered into direct tie up with IRCTC for railway ticket booking facility through Internet
banking. You can now book your train tickets online and pay using SIB Internet Banking Facility.

Step by step process to Book tickets online and pay through SIBerNet
- All SIB internet banking customers can use this facility. For booking tickets, please visit www.irctc.co.in (for railway tickets). Select your
journey date and other details
- On payment option, select South Indian Bank from Net banking option for making the payment.
- You will be redirected to a secured login page of South Indian Bank. After logging on to the site, the payment amount, and payee details will be
displayed.
- On paying on to the site, the payment amount, and payee details will be displayed.
- You will be required to confirm the transaction by entering transaction password and One Time Password (OTP). On successful authentication, your
Bank Account will be immediately debited and payment confirmation number will be provided.
- Within some time you will receive an online confirmation from IRCTC website. Tickets are booked immediately and PNR number is provided online at
Partner's website.
- Enjoy fast, easy and safe railway ticket booking through SIB Internet Banking (SIBerNet)
KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board) Online
Bill Payment ( Direct Tie-up)
South Indian Bank have a direct tie-up with KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board) to pay electricity bills online
through Net Banking. There is no additional charge (Payment gateway charges) required to pay KSEB bills online.

The Step by step procedure for making KSEB online bill payment is as follows:
- Navigate to KSEB Online bill payment page
- Enter your bill details like electrical section, consumer number and bill number. (Email ID or mobile number is compulsory).
- Click ‘Proceed to pay bill’.
- Select transaction type as Internet Banking and Bank as South Indian Bank and click ‘Show payable amount’
- Click on ‘Confirm payment’.
- Click on ‘Make payment’.
- You will be redirected to SIB internet banking log in page
- Enter your user ID and password and click ‘Login’.
- Payment details page will be opened where confirmation regarding the same is to be done.
- Enter the transaction password and OTP (One Time Password) and click ‘Submit’.
- You will receive a payment confirmation number and payment successful message.
- You will be redirected to KSEB website where the transaction details will be shown.
- Please make sure that you select the transaction type as South Indian Bank Net Banking in order make the bill payment without incurring extra
charges.
